Several years have passed since the events which devastated the once-proud city that is now called Paradise. The only two to walk out of the disaster unscathed the poor, unhappier everydayman known as the Postal Dude and his loyal pet Champ, drive aimlessly through the deserts that are scorching hot in Arizona looking for a new spot to call home. The Postal Dude and his friend Champ have only their car, trailer and the rest of their personal possessions. After a traumatic gas station visit, the pair wander aimlessly across Arizona searching for a place to call residence. They see a brand new and exciting town on the near horizon.
