The Excavation of Hob's Barrow Game Review
Antiques dealer Thomasina Bateman is writing a publication on the barrows of England in which she documents the treasures she uncovers in. In the event that an interesting letter brings her to the tiny village of Bewlay, tucked away in the remote countryside, she travels by train with her assistant for a few days behind.
At the time of her arrival the man mysteriously called her has not yet be seen. Her assistant never arrives. The landowner is obstinate in refusing access to his barrow while the people in the area are wary of the lady who is travelling on her own and (gasp!) wears trousers.
Hob's Barrow excavation is off with a rocky start. But then Thomasina starts having strange dreams...
